Discovery Senior Living won five awards in the 2016 Best of 55+ Housing Awards from the National Association of Home Builders. The awards honor excellence in building, design and marketing of housing for boomers and beyond and were presented at the recent International Builders Show in Las Vegas.
A gold award was presented for Best 55+ Customer Retention Management Campaign, an automated, timed mail fulfillment program including a welcome letter and large format brochure and four follow-up postcards highlighting their uniquely remarkable lifestyle programs; a silver award was awarded for a Best 55+ Direct Mail Piece, “Your Vacation Lifestyle Awaits”; A silver award for Best 55+ Print Advertisement, “It’s a Wonderful Senior Life”; A silver award for Best 55+ Brochure, “Inspired Senior Living”; and a silver award for Best 55+ Integrated Marketing Strategy, “3-Year Rent Lock”.
