Megan KennedyMegan L. Kennedy has joined Discovery Village At Naples as executive director. Discovery Village At Naples, one of six Discovery Village developments, is owned and operated by Discovery Senior Living, a developer, operator and manager of luxury senior-living communities based in Bonita Springs.

Kennedy has almost a decade of experience with various assisted living facilities in Southwest Florida and comes to Discovery Village At Naples from Memory Care of Naples, formerly Windsor Place, where she was the executive director. There, she directed the conversion of that facility from an assisted living facility to a full memory-care facility. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from Florida Gulf Coast University and is a certified dementia practitioner, core-trained assisted living facility (ALF) administrator, and Department of Elder Affairs-approved Alzheimer’s I and II trainer.

“I’m truly honored to join the Discovery Village team,” Kennedy said. “I look forward to bringing my experience in assisted-living management and memory care skills to Discovery Village At Naples, and I will work every day to ensure my residents feel fulfilled in everything they do.”
