POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (Oct. 27, 2014) – The Preserve At Palm-Aire introduces its newly renovated senior-living community during a grand re-opening celebration on Wednesday, Nov. 12 from 1 to 3 p.m. at 3701 W. McNab Rd. in Pompano Beach between I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. As result of the multimillion-dollar, extensive renovation, The Preserve’s management company, Discovery Senior Living, has upgraded almost 17,000 square feet of living, dining and amenities throughout the community campus.

In addition to newly designed model homes, the renovations focus on interior and exterior spaces where residents dine, engage in recreational programs and events, and participate in health and wellness activities. The enhancements include a newly remodeled Grande Clubhouse, Sensations dining room and private dining room, new grande ballroom and multi-purpose room, outdoor terrace, café and bistro, new great room, lobby and corridors.

During the grand re-opening event, the public is invited to tour the newly designed model homes, the Sensations public and private dining rooms, outdoor terrace and patio areas, café, grande ballroom and auditorium, beauty salon and multi-function craft room. The festivities include hors d’oeuvres and buffet stations, live music, raffle prizes and giveaways. Guests will be invited to get their tour passports stamped at six locations throughout the complex, and fully stamped passports may be turned in to be entered into a prize raffle.

Thomas J. Harrison, CEO and co-founder of Discovery Senior Living, said the remodeling reflects the lifestyle that the majority of residents are seeking.

“Our renovations focused on enhancing social spaces such as dining and entertainment areas,” said Harrison. “The Preserve At Palm-Aire now offers a newly designed and remodeled senior-living community for those who want a worry-free, healthy lifestyle with everything they need now and in the future.”
